SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

RAR Editions pieces are produced in limited quantities and prepared with care.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During collection launches or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays in Kuwait.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Kuwait.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and courier.

RAR Editions is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • customs processing
  • weather or external circumstances beyond our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped from Kuwait.

The customer is responsible for customs duties, clearance charges, import fees, and VAT taxes required by their country.

RAR Editions does not control these charges and cannot estimate their cost.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the ordered items may be lawfully imported into their destination country.

RETURNS

RAR Editions produces limited edition artisan pieces in limited quantities.

For this reason, all sales are final.

RAR Editions does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or normal variation in handmade or artisanal products.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • sale items
  • custom, altered, or made-to-order items
  • items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will advise the next steps.

RAR Editions reserves the right to request additional information before determining the appropriate resolution.

SHIPPING FEES & REFUNDS

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a damaged or defective item is approved for refund, replacement, store credit, or another resolution at RAR Editions’ discretion:

  • original shipping costs will not be refunded unless required by applicable law
  • customs duties, import fees, clearance charges, and VAT are non-refundable by RAR Editions
  • any refund, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method after review of the claim and, where applicable, return or receipt of the item

LIMITED EDITION POLICY

RAR Editions pieces are produced in limited quantities.

Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked.

RAR Editions reserves the right to limit quantities purchased per customer.
