ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During collection launches or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

SHIPPING

Shipping times vary depending on destination and courier.

RAR Editions is not responsible for delays caused by:

• shipping carriers
• customs processing
• weather or external circumstances beyond our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders:

The customer is responsible for customs duties, clearance charges, import fees, and VAT taxes required by their country.

RAR Editions does not control these charges and cannot estimate their cost.

RETURNS

RAR Editions produces limited edition artisan pieces, and availability is often extremely limited.

For this reason, all sales may be considered final unless otherwise stated.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number
• photos of the item
• photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will advise the next steps.

APPROVED RETURNS

If a return request is approved:

• items must be unused and unworn
• items must be returned in original condition
• original packaging must be included

RAR Editions reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

SHIPPING FEES & REFUNDS

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a return is approved:

• original shipping costs will not be refunded
• return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds, if applicable, apply only to the purchase price of the item.

RAR Editions pieces are produced in small runs.

Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked.

RAR Editions reserves the right to limit quantities purchased per customer.
